Refund Policy
Requests for cancellation must be made in writing to helpteam@chestnet.org. A full refund, minus a $250 processing fee, will be issued for cancellation requests received by September 17, 2026; no refunds will be given after September 17. If you selected the Registration & Membership bundle, only your meeting registration can be canceled. No refunds will be given for membership.

Full conference registration: You can attend your choice of 300+ sessions from Sunday, October 18, to Wednesday, October 21. PLUS: You鈥檒l get a year of access to our on-demand educational streaming platform, 乐播传媒 MedCast, which offers simulation videos, clinical webinars, podcasts, and much more鈥攊ncluding 乐播传媒 2026 session recordings later this year.

Registration and membership bundle: Save up to $50 on your full conference registration, plus start a year-long 乐播传媒 membership.

Single-day registration: If you don鈥檛 have time to get away for the full conference, attend a single day of your choice.
