He will address the importance of empathic communication with patients and the contribution of creating a more diverse and inclusive workforce in medicine. Dr. Haynes, who is a ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ member, currently serves as the Associate Dean for Admissions for the School of Medicine at the University of Mississippi Medical Center, where he is a Professor of Medicine in the Division of Pulmonary, Critical Care, and Sleep Medicine.
